Ffarachew was founded by Ffara and Chew who have always had difficulty in finding the right pair of beautiful shoes due to our larger than average Malaysian women’s feet. We understand how frustrating it is to feel discriminated for our sizes. Therefore, we create Ffarachew to be a shoe brand for women of all sizes. We want our shoes to be known as inclusive design which means there will be no discrimination when it comes to beauty.
Ffarachew is based in Penang, Malaysia. We started officially in May 2018 but prior to that, we enrolled in shoe design and shoe making course.
Upon completion the course, Ffarachew submitted 2 pairs of shoes to be in the competition and made it to the final stage of 10th Malaysia Footwear Design Competition 2017.
Ffarachew is also a registered entrepreneur at PERDA and MARA; we have been attending courses specifically for entrepreneur. Because of this, we feel more confident and motivated to be a shoe designer and entrepreneur. We cater for custom made shoes for weddings and casual/formal ready-made shoes.
This is not just a business to us, designing and shoe making are our passion. We strive to provide fashionable and comfortable shoes for women of all sizes.
